Year 6 have been given a great opportunity to visit Durham Council Chambers and interview Roberta Blackman-Woods about her role as MP for Durham City on the morning of Friday 8th September.
Year 6 will take part in a tour of Durham Council Chambers and take part in a debate to gain insight into our topic of Democracy, Law and Parliament. They will also be able to interview Roberta Blackman-Woods about her role as MP for Durham City. There will be no payment required for this visit and the children will be back to school in time for lunch. A letter will go out to children on our first day back to school. Thank you.
