Sessions and Fees
Our session fees are:-
Morning session-
7.45am-8.45am- £4.50
Afternoon session-
3.15pm-4.15pm £5.00
3.15pm-5.15pm £8.00
About Shooting Stars
Shooting Stars wrap around care is open for Reception to Year 6 children. Shooting Stars is held in the hall. There will be snacks and drinks on offer before and after school including cereal, toast, crumpets, yogurts, cheese, veg sticks, milk and fruit.
A number of planned activities will be on offer for children who attend Shooting Stars and these will vary from day to day. They will include an opportunity to complete homework, reading, supervised iPad time, games, drawing, board games and outdoor activities. We also have a PE coach on a Tuesday and Thursday 3.15pm-4.15pm.
If you would like a place you can book sessions using our school gateway parents app. Go into the club sections and simply book the sessions you would like your child to attend.
If you need to cancel a session we must have 24 hours notice.
Late fee
We expect all children to be collected promptly at or before 5.15pm. A late fee for collecting after this time
will be charged. If your child is in for 1 hour and is collected after 4.15pm you will be charged for the 2 hour
slot(£8.00). If your child is in the 2 hour slot and is collected later than 5.15pm a charge will be made of £5 for
every 10 minutes as staff are only employed until 5.15pm.
Children should be booked online, in advance, for sessions for the following day by no later than midday the
day before. If a regular place is required please book on the app for as long as you require it.
Please be aware that it is Shooting Stars policy to charge for all pre-booked sessions even if your child does
not attend. Should you wish to cancel a pre-booked session, no charge will be made providing notice is
received more than 24 hours in advance.
Fees are added to your account on your School Gateway app as soon as you choose your session. If for any
reason you cancel or change a session, it will be amended each day accordingly. You must pay the amount
due when booking a place.
These foods are available everyday and on special occasions there may be alternative options.
