Our PE lead, Mrs Tufts, says...
I love leading PE in our school! It's great to see and hear about the children's enthusiasm during PE lessons. They love to learn a variety of skills and sports and apply these through fun games. At playtimes, it is amazing to see children choosing to use sporting equipment and continuing their learning from lessons. Children also learn about the importance of exercise - we all strive to be active for at least 30 minutes at school every day!

We have loved our first two PE sessions with Mr Todd and Mr Flatman. We have been working on our core strength skills as we practised lots of different ways of moving. We slithered like snakes and shuffled on our bottoms. We have also been practising our throwing and catching skills with beanbags. This was very challenging but we tried our best!
